There was no mini fridge, microwave or t.v. remote in the room. Also the bathroom needs remodeled. I don't see the average person taking a shower. Air-conditioned and parking was good.

The floor in the room was cheap laminate that had cracks in it as well as sunken spots making it uneven to walk on and certainly not good in the bathroom. Also just before going to bed we discovered ants!!!! Everywhere. We bought donuts to have for the next morning (good thing because "free breakfast" was only coffee) but while leaving them briefly on the TV stand before bed, we had ants all over them. We had to throw them away outside of the room. I used my hairspray to kill as many as possible but they continued through the night. I alerted front desk staff to the problem so that it could be taken care of before the next guest. Didn't get much of a response nor an offer of any discount or voucher toward another stay...nothing. Will not return to this location.

Excellent check in. While the staff on hand had a lobby full of travellers, they provided a positive, efficient and friendly check-in experience. Exterior grounds were well maintained and parking provided immediately in front of my assigned room. Room was spacious, well-appointed and neat. A/C was quieter than most and functioned well. Bathroom was spotless. Check out was fluid and efficient. Honestly, best value for the money and easily on my top 5 stays

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Shower had hair from the last how ever many guests. The amount of soap scum on the walls and tub was gross. The tub was so slippery I fell in the shower. The staff was very slow moving and wasnt present when I went to check in or out.
