Als Erstes wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum AC-Schacht, defekter Dusche und defektem TV gegeben (gebucht war ein Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon). Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht zu, die Zimmertür nur mit Gewalt. Das Fliegengitter vor dem Balkon war nur angelehnt und konnte daher seinem Zweck nicht dienen. Auch die in der Beschreibung genannte Sitzecke gab es nicht, sowie keine tägl. Zimmerreinigung. Das Restaurant hat einen wundervollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Der "Direkte Strandzugang" jedoch ist definitiv nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich. Einen Tag gab es kein Brot mehr (aber Marmelade und Käse?!), den anderen keinen Saft, keine Eier,.. Die angegebenen Zeiten (8-10:30) sollten überprüft werden, denn es kann nicht sein, dass man um 9:45 so gut wie nichts mehr bekommt. Das Restaurant ist nicht um 12.00 geöffnet sondern erst abends zwischen 18.00 und 21.30. die Bestellung des Essens dauert lange, das Essen selber noch länger und kommt getrennt in Beilagen und Fleisch/Fisch mit 20 min Verzögerung. Getränkebestellungen wurden wiederholt vergessen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht die Probleme aus der Welt zu schaffen. Aber die Welt ist groß und die Probleme nicht minder. Alles in allem schade, hatten uns mehr erhofft!

Superbe vue, chambre propre et personnel serviable! Ils ont aussi été super flexible pour un late checkout, ce qui était très apprécié. Petit bémol: le petit déjeuner était très minimaliste, des oeufs (mêmes durs) auraient été apprécié.
