The room service wasn’t available and when I called the front desk there was no answer. The phone basically doesn’t work and the room service is non existent.

Lobby was really nice and check in was great and friendly. I got a tired room the mattress was so old no support at all like sleeping in a banana. TV reception was bad and wifi dropped out. The shower was cold as well. Busy time with the holidays I guess. Floor 8 could be renovated. Good location great parking system as well.

The hotel location was very good in relation to amenities and to the beach. The breakfast buffet was very good and gave plenty to eat.

Clean tidy spacious and comfortable rooms with cheap parking and good club sandwich on the room service. Cant ask for more for the price.
