We had an incredible stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool! The service was incredible, the suite was very comfortable, spacious, and clean with lovely views. The executive lounge was a great addition to our stay, as was access to the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Previously stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is easy to find and has on site parking. Located opposite the Liver Building, close to Albert docks. The hotel was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to talk to you if you ask for recommendations. We stayed for two nights and only had breakfast in the hotel but the variety available was wide ranging. Buffet style breakfast which was well presented and regularly replenished. It was all very appetizing with a range of hot and cold food. We have stayed several times now and find the hotel to be comfortable, but also well located if you want to walk out and explore the shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions.

Great location and parking. Staff mostly helpful. Bar good and food excellent. Not good value for money as rooms in need of updating and not a big fan of showers over baths.
