The room was hot (75-76), and the thermostat was disabled. The air conditioner never ran during my two-day stay. The walls are paper thin. I was awakened at 1:30 am by my neighbors talking, in a normal conversational tone and volume. I could hear every footstep of the people in the room above me. No face/hand/body lotion was provided. No complimentary bottled water was provided, only two bottles that were priced at $7 each. The hair conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.

The pool-area is very nice. Staff are helpful. My room was excellent, facing the pool. I liked the foood.

Generally old and degraded finishings throught the room. Shower head was broken and spraying on back wall instead of the person showering- just a trickle of water coming out for me. Tub clogged and flooded - standing in dirty water. Automatic sensor lights turn off so fast that I ended up “showering” in the dark and the switch is located outside the bathroom so there is no way to make a motion and have it turn back on again. When I pulled back the sheets, the bed was visibly dirty and sandy - clearly the sheets had NOT been changed. It was very late so I slept in the other bed, which seemed to be clean…maybe. I tried to sleep in but the gardeners were outside my window with a leaf blower at 9 am. Poor form for a large hotel by an airport. The fire alarm started beeping like it had a low battery. Sleep. Was. Impossible. This place is a disaster and I would never stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor near the front desk so had to deal with noisy guests at all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep
