Great location for visitors coming to Seoul, whether you are travelling from the airport or to other destinations around Myeongdong. Very accessible from train and bus lines. Super clean rooms with very engaging and helpful staff. Would recommend the breakfast option since other cafes / bakeries typically don't open earlier than 10 AM - for anyone that is partaking in this option, would go earlier than later due to lines. Would recognize that items like dental and shaving kits must be paid for at the front desk due to environmental reasons.

I couldn’t sleep well because of a constant dripping-water noise coming from above. I reported the issue to the staff, but they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it. As compensation, they offered me complimentary breakfast the next morning. While I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it did not make up for the fact that I was unable to sleep properly because of the noise. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since getting a good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel.

We have stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks, property is very nice with nice amenities. With each stay we were on back of the building once and the front (Main Street) side once. The front of the building is quite loud while the other is relatively peaceful. Just to note.

A very good hotel with serviceminded and helpful staff. They gave us a quiet room without us having asked for it and was available for answering our questions and making reservations for us. The breakfast restaurant was very good with a large selection of food. The hotel also has an optimal location (for our needs, at least).
