An amazing stop after a week cruise. A bit of a wait for the room on floor 11 but was worth it. Large king size bed and comfortable pillows. The towels were a bit harsh on the skin. Shower curtain was wrinkled not welcoming. Air conditioning in the room cuts out for a bit to long for my liking which cause me to get hot and sweaty.

Hotel is in a convenient location near the San Juan convention center and about 15 minutes from the airport by car. The resort fee is "rebated" to you through sodas, fruit drinks, and snacks available in the lobby. The room was an older layout that was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning worked well at keeping the humidity in the room low even in the tropical environment outside.

I have never traveled to PR so much in 1 year. But my mother passed and I have had to. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I had some trouble with the internet but other than that the service and the facilities were phenomenal.
