The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Puerto Rico 10 days and they never changed the sheets they didn’t even went to pick up the garbage I had to go and get a garbage bag to put the garbage in terrible do not stay here

We had an excellent experience in this hotel. Staff are very professional and the room view was wonderful. Location was perfect and we rode on Uber all the time and we were picked up in 1-2 minutes. Will recommend. .

I will never stay here and don’t recommend it either . The breakfast was the same bagel and croissant and the coffee was even worse . The employee that works there follow you like you are a thief . And you can’t even have a second cup of coffee . I had to buy my paper toilet because nobody was in the front desk . Had to go ask for a sheet because they only give you one mind you there was three of us . The rooms look so old and even the trash cans are super old . Think before staying here . For the price I pay I thought I was getting a nice room ..the room had a smell that I even had to buy a spray so it could smell better . Do research before staying here I learned my lesson never again
