Check-in was easy. We were offered an upgrade and breakfast for £40/2 nights, took it. Breakfast was decent but a little crowded. Bar on site was nice. Very easy to get to the Metro. Room had all the amenities we needed. Could have used another couple pillows but no big deal. No complaints about cleanliness but there was construction on our floor.

A very pleasant hotel in a good location. Lovely rooms and friendly, helpful staff. A very good breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The Decor in my room on the 6th floor was very tired and the shower screen did not fit the Bath so the floor flooded when used which I informed the staff . The staff where very helpful throughout my 2 night stay and the breakfast was excellent !

The outside of the hotel is deceptive; it definitely looks like it needs a bit of TLC, but the inside is warm, welcoming, and modern-looking. We had an issue upon arrival: we booked a room with a city view, a double bed, and an accessible room (we made it clear we did not require a roll-in shower). The room we were shown into had two single beds, a view of the car park, and a roll-in shower, but it was so small that it was impossible to turn the wheelchair around; although the shower was roll-in, it was impossible to get my standard-sized wheelchair into the bathroom. Once we brought this to the staff's attention, the manager intervened and moved us to a much larger room on the top floor, with a double bed and a spectacular city view. In spite of the initial mixup themanager could not have been more helpful. The rest of our stay was very pleasant and uneventful.
