The hotel was modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. To enter the hotel you had to carry your luggage up a full marble staircase. You also had several stairs for the breakfast buffet. This hotel is not accessible for older or handicapped people. The rooms were modern and clean. We felt the rooms could use better lighting.

The room was booked for three people, but unfortunately it was only prepared for two. There were only enough towels, glasses, tea and coffee supplies, and pillows for two guests. Although I requested the missing items and the staff brought them, whenever the room was serviced, the replacements were once again provided for only two people. The standard of housekeeping was also very disappointing. Although I specifically requested that the room be cleaned, the beds were simply made—and not neatly—and the rubbish bin was emptied. Nothing else in the room appeared to have been cleaned or tidied. There was also no vanity kit provided. I have never experienced such poor housekeeping or such inadequate replenishment of basic room supplies during a hotel stay.

Good location for Metro and S-train. LOts of choice of dining options in the mall nextdoor. Good options for breakfast.
