Check in staff super friendly and helpful. Building well maintained, room was clean. Continental breakfast was less than desirable. Very limited choices and not fit for health conscious people. For the room rates paid, I expect something more substantial. Cleaning staff did not clean our room, make our beds or exchange the dirty towels. We did not leave a do not disturb sign on the door. When we mentioned this at checkout, we basically got the brush off and were told that they didn't clean the rooms every day. At over $300/night. This is not acceptable. Especially since both mornings we left the room, the cleaning crew were in the hall not too far from our room. Lastly, I was a bit insulted when I wanted to finalize my bill at check out and was told that they could not process the final checkout until a supervisor checked our room and gave the ok. Despite the reservation being held on my credit card, the bill was to be split and paid by 2 parties, which is why we wanted to close and settle the bill. We had to wait until a supervor was sent to check the room. In all my years of travelling, I have never been treated as such. I highly doubt I will return to this hotel, or a Quality Inn, and I would recommend people to check other options before settling on this hitel.

Bathroom was not clean. Rooms were adequate, not very clean. Hotel lobby was beautiful, rooms not updated. Breakfast was minimal. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous

Good stay, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. The sitting area outdoors was quite nice to enjoy anytime of the day. Location is very convenient with stores meters away and easy access to downtown
