Room was pretty standard. Clean, everything worked. USB ports by the bed were nice. It was quiet. So no complaints there. Front desk staff was incredibly slow, a bit surly, not at all friendly -- which I found odd, because her name tag said she was the "sales manager." Breakfast was barely edible -- though to be honest, it still wasn't the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. It was close, however. Breakfast room is crowded and poorly laid out so you're always tripping over someone or someone's chair. Due to it being foliage season, the room rate was jacked up just to add insult to injury.

Disappointing stay—would not recommend. While this is a low-budget hotel, the complete lack of basic cleanliness and hospitality is unacceptable. • Service: The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful from check-in to check-out. • Room Quality: The room was visibly dirty, with stained linens and dirty towels. • Amenities: The bathroom plumbing is broken; the shower temperature constantly fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Overall stay was good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the walls were thin—we could hear our neighbors. Other that, we would stay here again.
