We were nicely upgraded to a suite (or so we thought) The light as you first walked in didn’t work. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. No Kleenex, no soap, no towels. We went down for breakfast @7am and the food was cold.

First room. Key box was dead. Second room. Filthy. Put into suite TVs did not work. Got to original room. And ac did not work

I booked for my sister. Rates were reasonable. She called me, crying that she forgot something in her car & was too afraid to leave her room to get it. She used to live in Brooklyn NY &was afraid leave her hotel room in Ohio

Rooms were big but pretty empty. We had suite, loved the private bedroom but could of had a full size kitchen in the wide open space. Breakfast was terrible. Again a nice big breakfast area thats empty. No fresh fruit. Hot food was terrible. 2 choices of bread. And one choice of bagel.

Staff were friendly, rooms had a very nice layout and were generally clean (+ they have ethernet hookups next to the desk). Beds were super comfortable. The only fault I could find is a few more hairs than I'd like to see left in the bathroom and on one towel, and the shower drained too slowly. No weird smells, mold, or bugs. Other than that, it was excellent for the price.
