It was a great hotel. It was in a good location for some. A little out of the way for shopping for sundries, though. I liked the free breakfast.

Nice stay. Simple but clean and good location for a Yankees game. Easy access to subway for a game or Manhattan.

Check-in was a bit slow because only one person was working while multiple guests needed assistance. The clerk was reasonably helpful and courteous. The hotel is north of Manhattan and much cheaper. A subway station is a very short walk away. Getting to Yankee Stadium is fast and easy. The area around the hotel is not very attractive. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The fridge did not work well and froze our drinks even after being turned down. The hotel allowed us to store our bags for 6 hours until we could move to our next hotel. Not sure if I would stay at this hotel in the future.

I checked in the The Comfort Inn Bronx NY On 7/2726 - 7/31/26 To my surprise. It was a $40. Parking fee. There will mold in the shower That was hard to avoid. The next day we had room service and discovered that We had no towels. Call housekeeping and I was told that there was no one on staff to bring up any towers. So I Called the front desk, Front desk told me. That I would have to come. Downstairs. To get some towels or I would have to wait Until room service come Later that day. My complaint is the rudeness. Of. The front desk clerk. Never Apologizing. But telling me. That if I wanted some towels that I have to get it myself. Or I would have to wait. A couple of hours To get it. In the hospitality business. I would think. That in the hospitality. Business. Comfort Inn. Would know that not only. that young people service that. There's elderly people. That might need some attention. Thank u Francis M. Engles 240-305-6056
