Everything was great, bed was AMAZING! Only complaint is the top lock/latch on the door was broken (as if the door had been kicked in before)

I always book at a hotel with an exercise room. It's a must for me. This hotel has one, but the treadmill was not working. The last 2 other times it was out of order. I do not plan on staying here but will check out other hotels that have exercise rooms.

On arrival the room assigned was not ready and had the door opened with no linen on the bed. We were assigned another room. I am a Choice customer and most of my stays are at Comfort Inn and Suites. This hotel is the first I’ve stayed where the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. I will think twice the next time I’m in this area

The room was outdated. Walls were dirty. Bathroom and Bed was clean. The biggest part was they have ROACHES!! And would not do anything to satisfy us. We left in the middle of the night. We have pictures and videos! Please do not stay here!! The manager never called us back. This place is TERRIBLE!!
