There were bedbugs in the room and the hotel manager was extremely rude and not helpful to both of my clients who I booked at this property for a work event in Nashville. They refused to help or listen to what anyone had to say and just talked over everyone. Hotel was fine otherwise.

Gross. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. And it did not feel safe.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The cook’s attitude for breakfast was horrible. Quality and variety got breakfast bad.

It surprises us was that the hotel charges $21 for parking. And almost near by restaurants are closed. Don’t feel safe to walk around the area.

The hotel is fabulous. Despite being a tiny bit old, it was spotlessly clean in the rooms. Breakfast is great, and a perfect start to the day, as a Brit though, I don’t know why we have to eat on paper plates and plastic knives and forks, the environment deserves more. Location was amazing, we walked to downtown both evenings and used a lime bike, for trips further afield. The only negatives, are the pool area could be cleaner, floors were very dirty, and some furniture well beyond its life. But cleanliness in room was perfect, and what a great tv to watch the sport….
