You can stay in and binge watch movies from our collection of DVD's or your Apple TV app favorites on the 110 inch screen in the theater room. There is so much to do and enjoy at Utica Estate and the surrounding area! You’ll love our home because of the location...close to downtown Louisville & Jeffersonville but tucked away enough for a peaceful, relaxing stay. We are located just minutes from Big Four Station, the popular walking bridge over the Ohio River connecting Jeffersonville, Indiana to Louisville, Kentucky. PLEASE take a few minutes to READ through EACH section of our listing (photos, why this property, unique benefits, house rules, rooms and spaces). It is full of helpful information. There is also a description with each photo to help you get a better idea of the layout. We are exactly 5 miles from downtown Louisville. The 2nd Street bridge is a toll FREE bridge (a.k.a. US-31). You can't miss it because it was painted bright yellow. It is also the fastest route to downtown Louisville. We are only 5.2 miles from the new east end bridge. That bridge goes to the east end of Louisville and is a toll bridge. If you want to avoid the tolls, the free 2nd street bridge will get you to where to need to go in Louisville. The rental space, attached garage, pool, & hot tub are completely private. *This is a smoke free rental. We do not allow smoking on the property inside or out. If you or anyone in your group smokes this is probably not a good fit for you. ** We do not allow early check ins or late check outs so please plan accordingly. ***We do live on the property, upstairs from the guest suite, but nothing is shared. There are separate driveways and entrances, so you won't see us unless you need us. Located in Jeffersonville, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. KFC Yum Center and Louisville Palace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's popular attractions include Louisville Slugger Museum and Kentucky Kingdom. Check out an event or a game at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium, and consider making time for Louisville Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating, sailing and fishing adventures can be found near the property.

We went for a short girls trip and having a private pool and hot tub made this property our choice. The space inside was nice and spacious but the outdoors is where this place stands out. Clean spaces with a great host!

This was our fourth summer getaway at Utica Estate, and we have already started to talk about our next visit! As always, our host Melissa provided us with immaculate accommodations and a crystal clear pool that we used for multiple hours each day. The backyard fountain, garden area, and pool deck create a serene environment for relaxing.On two of our evenings there, we took advantage of Utica Estate’s projection screen, once to watch a couple of episodes of a favorite television series and once to watch an Indiana Fever basketball game. We very much enjoyed the opportunity to simply unwind and to have no activities scheduled! Melissa is a host worthy of her “premier” status! She is immediately responsive to questions, happy to share suggestions regarding local activities and restaurants, and attentive to every detail in providing a top quality vacation experience for her guests! We can’t wait to book visit #5!

This place is really beautiful and the pictures reflect how nice everything is. The rooms are really big and the bathroom is spacious. I gave it a three out of five in the cleanliness because while we were there, we saw a little over a dozen bugs all different sizes. A lot of them were dead, but there was a few that we had to chase them down to kill them. We text the owner and she text back asking if we wanted her to bring a bug spray so we can spray which of course we said no that she can spray whenever we leave. The pool was beautiful and clean and the hot tub looked nice, however, we didn’t use it. There’s enough towels for the pool and a lot of floaties that you can use. The kitchen has everything you would use at home, including washer, dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators and a gas stove. It was a little scary having only one way to come in and out of the apartment. The apartment is in the basement so there’s no windows or other doors but it’s great to sleep in late because it’s so dark. The huge theater size TV was amazing and it has all the apps you can imagine that are free to use. There is an extensive collection of DVDs to watch, books to read and games to play with. The fountain outside was cute but needs to be cleaned. The water was green. Dan, the host was really nice and helped us figuring out how to turn on the projector. We told him we would love to meet Melissa because everybody talks about her in the reviews, but it didn’t happen. It was beautiful place.

We stayed here for Louder Than Life 2025 music festival, so we didn’t spend much time at the property. But it was a nice place to spend the nights, and there was certainly enough things there to cook, eat, stay busy. Our host was very kind, and even sent us some local news snippets once she knew we were going to the festival. Thanks!
