I arrived at the hotel around at midnight. They gave me the room which was not cleaned up at all. All the dirty was there and bed was from previous customer etc. It took long time to get a new room and they charged still around 200 eur about the room. Personnel were very passive. The hotel has been nice maybe tens of years ago but they say it is the best in the area. Well, I would not like to see other hotels there if that is the case. Breakfast was reasonable but far away from e.g. Radisson kinds of hotels. Besides that I made by mistake double booking for the same night and they did not compensate the other one. Would expect some kind of humanity as they just kept the other room empty but took the charge.

Absolutely lovely stay. Big shout out to Bradley on reception - very clear, professional and helpful. We stayed in a twin room the night before Cardiff half marathon and used the pool and spa before dinner. Only thing we didn’t like is surely as an overnight guest they can include your parking!

The reception staff in the evening were lovely, chatty and very helpful, the morning staff were quite short and terse. The pool facilities were ideal and again friendly and helpful staff. I was on my own, but I felt very comfortable and safe there. I will definitely stay there again.

Check-in was really good, polite and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and beds we comfortable. Spa facilities were really good, not too busy and nice changing rooms. Only issue was breakfast, arrived 10am and there was not much left, no bowls, butter, juices, mugs, fresh fruit or pastries. Due to this we tried the cooked breakfast, looked good but my daughters sausage was uncooked in the middle. This was disapointing as she ended up just having beans on toast, not the treat she expected! Hotel all in all is lovely, just need maybe more staff to re stock at breakfast
