Check in was weird. One greeting and then moving me over to a machine to finish checking in and I get the cards. Like 6 words spoken by employee. Rooms are small as advertised. Coffee and water machine were great and well stocked. Location in the heart of shops and restaurants. Unpleasant surprise one month later… parking ticket! I checked in and husband parked in front while waiting for key to unload and go to paid garage parking. I was mailed a $76 penalty for camera-based enforcement system with my (out of state) license and husband with luggage in pictures. (5 min time stamp difference in pic ). FYI Late payments go to $106 and $141. Hotel should have sent message about parking prior and friendly reminder during check in. I even called hotel twice prior to visit to talk about parking garage options. We violated the parking and are paying. But, I can only imagine this happens EVERYDAY to their guests and they say nothing to warn you. People were unloading as we drove up and again other cars when we left.

Great location. Some issues with the tv connection which were never resolved even when someone came to try to fix it. Very. Friendly staff. A few weird issues in the bathroom where the mirror and toilet paper holder was placed. But they were not dealbreakers. I let the hotel know about those but I would not hesitate to book a room at the hotel again

Terrible experience. Long wait for room, despite checking in after 3pm. Don’t stay here if you can help it. I will avoid these properties no matter the location from here on out!

This was a terrific place to stay. I especially loved the coffee/espresso bar in the hotel lobby.
