Hotel staff were excellent, friendly, professional and by far the best reason to re-book. The hotel itself was very clean, located near professional buildings/courts and some eateries within walking distance. The room was clean as well and nicely proportioned with some of the best mattresses/bedding I've experienced. Only slight downside was the breakfast bar--the food and choices were ample and very good (especially the made to order omelets and waffles) but the setting was less than clean and rather worn--not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay and would definitely book again.

The thing that stands out to us was the attention to us when we first arrived and discovered the air conditioning in the room was not working. It was brought to the hotel maintenance person and determined we needed to be placed in another room. We expected a similar-size room as a replacement but it was a suite they put us in. Very impressive. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the variety to select from. The process of validating our parking was also easy. I could see some modernization could still be made but it was a good place for us to headquarter for our weekend.

Staff was not very helpful and rude. The room itself was good. We also have a adult handicap kid in a chair was not told how to get him inside from parking garage. I will not be going back. The hotel was a old place but was very nice and maintained.

This hotel is fine. It could definitely use some upgrades. Overall the vibe is a little sad. The room was clean just feels worn out. The location is very convenient and so is the free parking.

We only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning. But the room was very clean as was the lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had our dogs with us and it was no issue. It’s nice when a pet friendly place is so clean. The area around the hotel was nice as well. Wish we’d had time for dinner at the Capital Grill next door. We would stay here again and hopefully have a little more time to enjoy the surrounding area next time.
