Staff are very helpful, especially a counter staff called Bernard who lended me his personal mineral water when I said I am thirsty in the very early morning. Convenient location, close to super market, restaurants and bus stops.

This was a lovely hotel - clean and modern, with everything I needed, very friendly and helpful staff, and the option to have breakfast. The location was just perfect for both the ferry port at Gruz Harbour, and a pleasant walk into the Old Town. Shops and restaurants easily accessible nearby, including a lovely bakery just round the corner. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much to all staff there!

Our stay was perfect, the staff very kind, friendly and helpful! The property is well located outside the old town but the bus stop is just at the corner of the hotel, and it take 5 minutes to get there. The reason for the 4 stars is because the cleaning of the room can be better.

We stayed 4 nights in a 7th floor balcony suite. We had communicated that we were arriving in Dubrovnik at 10:30 am and the hotel said we could drop our luggage until check in time. When we arrived at 10:30 they informed us our room as ready so we got a pretty early check in which was great. It's a nice place away from the crowds of the old town with a great desk staff and we absolutely would stay again.
