We stayed in a studio room and checked in late on a Friday night. It was great that the reception was staffed 24 hours so that we could check in easily. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a convenient location, close to several shopping centres and restaurants.

The front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Everything else was sub standard. We paid for a deluxe room and they started us off in a lower class of room that was small with no natural light. After we complained, they eventually moved us and it was only then that we learned that we had been in a lower class of room. We had to remind them to make up the room most days as they skipped us for some reason. Housekeeping when they did show up was zero out of 10. One day they didn't turn the light on in the bathroom, flushed the toilet and left it without cleaning. The TV does not work properly and when we asked if they could fix it they were at best indifferent and did not solve the problem. Very poor value for the high price we paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good location. Friendly staff. We were a put off by the elevator. Started to shudder violently when approaching the 22nd floor then stopped and went into what seemed like a free-fall for a few floors. Thought that we were going to crash to the basement, but elevator then stopped. Eventually started and everyone got out as quick as they could. Reported it to staff, but scared the daylights out of the occupants.
