Weird smell, has a prison or lab like sterility. There was a large acrylic fingernail left behind, terrible view, not a good location unless you like being right next to the train station. The staff was not helpful. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and wanted to check out a day early, we left early in the morning and they kept our money anyways.

Clean, modern accommodation in an excellent location close to the railway station and downtown. It's not very large but it's comfy and the design is well thought out. Excellent service and staff communication. We had minor issues not being able to connect to WiFi one of the days after we had already connected, but they were addressed immediately once we texted staff.

Fantastic room. The host was super helpful and very quick to reply, offered recommendations for restaurants all over Cinque Terre. Perfect for our stay.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was clean and beautifully renovated . It was also just a 5 min walk from the train station, shops and restaurants.The Manager, named Keta was also extremely helpful and sent a number of recommendations for the area. Would absolutely stay here again.
