We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout our visit. The only downside was the location—it was quite far from most of the main tourist attractions and points of interest in Rio de Janeiro, so getting around took more time than expected. Overall, it was a good experience, especially if you don’t mind the extra travel time.

We loved the ocean view from our room. Amazing customer service, especially Isabella at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional and went above and beyond to help us extend our stay. Delicious food, especially breakfast. Highly recommend. Helder Caetano

The hotel was very clean and the food was excellent especially breakfast. A lot of variety and everything was delicious. The staff was very nice as well and very helpful. Especially Isabel at the front desk. She nade our check in very easy and her professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming attitude truly stood out. The lobby and restaurant are good, but the rooms are awful. I’d booked a room with a sea view. It was dirty, the blanket was stained and there was no bedside table. I hated sleeping there. And to think it’s a 4-star hotel. As it’s on the main road, it’s very noisy, and at the weekend there’s loud music until late at night. In short, give it a miss.
