Hotel and room was lovely and clean, our triple room not pool/sea view was spacious for 3 adults. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Pool was clean and the terrace overlooking the marina was lovely for a drink in the evenings. Staff were polite and friendly. Life guard was helpful and always asking if we wanted anything? Buses to centre of Palma were cheap and regular. I would recommend to couples or friends and would return.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a triple room which was adequate although air con was difficult to work and water pipes from adjacent rooms were so noisy we were wakened every time someone flushed a toilet or ran a tap. Food was good, we ate both breakfast and an evening meal at hotel. Funicular was handy to reach hotel from street level.

We stayed in room 510 for three nights, and it was the worst three nights of our lives. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We complained directly to the reception but they didn’t seem to care one bit. We continued to complain every day, but all we got was a odor spray that didn’t help at all. So we had to sleep in that disgusting smell for three nights. Every time we got back to the room and opened the door we got hit by that smell. We woke up to that smell every morning. Our cloths started to smell like cigarette (had to hang them on the balcony after a while), not to talk about the towels or the bedsheets. It was like somebody had just lit a cigarette in the room, every day. The hotel refused to refund us at least a bit of the money we paid, they simply think you should pay full price for a room that reeks of smoke. Never setting my foot in this hotel again.
