Unable to check in due to no staff. Rang the number on the incorrectly spelled sign on the door but no reply. Rang the door ring bell no reply, Rang the number on the door again, no reply. Finally received a call back after 18mins informing me it was a self check in hotel. My room was opposite the main entrance on the other side of the car park - 30 yards away - but due to poor and lack of signage I had to walk around the hotel to find my room. TV did not work in my room and stains on carpet. On a positive note the shower was OK

Used the Castle Limes Hotel as a resting place whilst attending the National Bowls event in Leamington. Room and bathroom were clean. Room had a tilt so the bed was at a strange angle, however, didn’t sleep the two nights as it was super hot in the room and constant road noise wasn’t a great combination for a good nights sleep.
