I booked a hotel room for the night of the 16th. I was unable to check in because they were full / sold out. I ended up having to dispute the charge and reservation with Hotels.com and this hotel. This hotel refused to refund the money and blamed Hotels.com, and Hotels.com blamed the hotel. Neither wanted to accountable and do the right thing, so I ended up with no hotel and out the money for the room.

The property was not as inviting as the pictures on Expedia site. Neighborhood was sketchy. The pool was more like a jacuzzi and definitely not inviting. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
