One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my travels! The location is excellent, with a mall right across the street, and the hotel is super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very spacious, and I really loved the decoration and overall design. It’s mainly a business hotel, but I stayed here for a holiday and honestly really enjoyed my experience. There’s also a 24-hour 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. Overall, I think this hotel offers one of the best quality-price balances in Singapore. I would definitely stay here again!

My room phone was not working. A technician came to my room and confirmed it would be replaced. After 6 days the phone still has not been replaced and never was. Also the air con wall control was open and filled with dust.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Nice outdoor poor. Many restaurant choices nearby. We would use this hotel again on our next trip to Singapore.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location…….However they are renovating part of the hotel so we were woken up at 8.45 regularly by banging! This is supposed to be a refuge from jet lag and to relax on vacation! Often we needed a siesta to help with that! No chance!! The renovation reaches its peak between 11am and 6pm! When we told the hotel that it was unacceptable they just apologized but no solution! But seriously ASK when you book in not to be put near the renovation project! The fact that this was casually dismissed is not good enough!! Try better and prioritize your guests comforts!! I gave a three star for location, nothing else!
