Hotel is very clean. Our room was huge. We loved how there was a separate living area with a pull out sofa. Nice that they have a market, as well as a Starbucks. The pool was really nice and the pool crew/servers were very attentive. Parking is a bit pricey. All the staff was very nice & friendly, except for one guy who checked us in who was talking so low and so mumbly that I could barely understand him and he never cracked a smile. But everyone else was great! Location is close to Disney & Universal, about 15-20 minutes. Would stay again!

Overall, a nice hotel with a few drawbacks. The property looks beautiful and well-maintained at first glance, but the room layout felt awkward, with the vanity in a hallway separating the bedroom and living area. While the floors appeared clean, they were noticeably dirty, which was disappointing when traveling with young children. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff there were wonderful. The Starbucks line was consistently long and slow, which was frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations.

Shuttle to Disney are disgraceful. We paid an amenities fee for the shuttles and unfortunately at the end of the night you are the last ones left at the charter bus area lots (at Epcot and Hollywood Studios). The area was empty by 10pm except for the people waiting for our hotel. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:30 and showed up at 10:40. The shuttle service should be better especially given that we are paying an amenity fee for the shuttle. (Yes, I am sure there are other amenities included except the pool was empty, the courts were not being used.)

This place is the best. You quickly feel like you live there. The food is amazing. The staff is friendly. The sports bar is the best sports bar in an of Orlando You'll love it
