Parking was tricky, the only option left that we saw was vallet. But the hotel was exceptional. Clean and friendly staff.

Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. The coffee wasn't great and the hotel food is just okay. Our TV didn't work, but they fixed it promptly. We didn't have hand soap in our bathroom.

Great experience Nice upscale hotel. Comfortable room- nice size and very quiet. Housekeeping service daily. Accomodating front desk staff. Attractive lobby with plenty of seating. Although we didn't use the dining area, it looked pleasant and was well utilized by guests. Surrounding area was safe. A family member lives in close by Hoboken (great restaurants), so we will be returning and plan to stay at this hotel on future trips.

The room is clean and spacious and the location is a stone's throw away from the path train "Grove" station. The staff is hot or miss. Some are tremendously helpful while others are oviously ill equipped for their positions. The valet parking and general drive up experience is atrocious. More than once we experienced an inability to get into the alcove because of the vast number of parked cars blocking the entrance. Whoever they are using for valet is very slow. We wasted long periods waiting in the car unril someone was able to move enough cars and eventually get to ours. so its a mixed bag with this place.

We were really disappointed in our stay at the Canopy. The parking is an issue. There was no one to direct us as to where to park. The entrance is literally at a four way intersection and no place to leave your car to check in which in on the 2nd floor. The room was dusty, rugs dirty, not well maintained. We booked a king bed and was given a double queen. At that point we were only staying one night so it wasn’t worth the effort to complain. It was not terrible but we will never stay there again
