On the ground floor it has a spacious fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a toilet and living-dining room with air conditioning and fireplace with direct access to the main terrace of the house. On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Both with air conditioning. On the second floor there is the third bedroom, also with air conditioning, and a double bed, this bedroom has a private terrace with views of the pine forest. "I would recommend bringing a good book and sitting on the privileged terrace to relax" It is located on the outskirts of the town, which is ideal for those who don't want to go far from the village, but without being in the bustling centre. Our accommodation is suitable for a pleasant stay without the need for a rental car, as you can walk to both the supermarket (LIDL – 300 m.) and the beach, the sea, bars and restaurants (no more than 700 m.). Das Haus an sich war schön , nur die innen Einrichtung war alt. Im Bad z.b lief der abfluss nicht . Küchen Wasserarmatur lief nicht und war total verkaklt. Die Duschen im 2.Bad konnte man nicht aufs Duschkopf umstellen. Klimaanlage muss dringend gereinigt werden. Ich fand das haus hat zuviel gegenstücke " Möbel die nicht da sein soll. Wen der Besitzer sich mühe macht und par Renovierungs arbeiten macht, ist es ne sehr gute Anlage .

Vi elskede virkelig denne ejendom! Vi gik efter den komplette strandferieoplevelse, og det er, hvad man får i Can Picafort. Rækkehuset ligger dog i et meget roligt område af badebyen, så vi kunne slappe godt af mellem restaurant- og barbesøg, lange dage på stranden og udflugter i lokalområdet. Medarbejderen fra Mallorca Holiday Properties gav os mange gode tips til, hvad vi skulle se og gøre på vores ferie, og det er vi meget taknemmelige for.\r Ejendommen er moderne og hyggelig og meget ren, det var en perfekt base for et ophold med mange gode oplevelser! Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!
