Someone was making loud noise and the staff did nothing about it. When i was checking in i had to wait 15 mins before i was served

I was denied to be checking when I got there because I had to be 21 to check in. They didn’t give me no warnings. Nothing at all to tell me about this beforehand. I couldn’t even find a hotel in Los Angeles. They were all booked for the night and I paid for this hotel BEFOREHAND! Even the staff was no help just snarky

Checked-in and went to our room only to find someone was already in the room. Understandably, they were very upset. Went back to reception and explained. Front desk didn’t really seem apologetic. Gave us a new room. Next day, wanted to call for extra towels. Phone in the room didn’t work. Went downstairs and asked the front desk. Of course, the towels never came. Found a cleaning lady and asked her for towels instead. Our TV stopped working too.

The front desk supervisor needs some coaching on how to properly greet and attend to guests at check in. The general manager wasn't any better. I wish I had read thru the google reviews before booking because it seems like this is a long standing problem.
