From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus. Thank you!

The staff and proximity to the airport are the only good things about this property. Rooms are outdated - furniture, bathrooms (tub with curtain). First night we could only get lukewarm showers. Second night was better. Shower head somehow sprayed water into the bathroom and created a lake - even with the curtain in the tub. Internet was “free-ish”. Connected and it had a price but said it was free for Marriott members but then after connecting, it said it was for those who booked directly - who does that anymore? I don’t know if I got charged or not but it’s a confusing page and frustrating. Holiday Inn provides free internet without issues. Not sure why this place has such high reviews- it’s not that great and the are many hotels in the immediate area. I had to fold my pillow up into a ball for it provide any support. The staff was the best part of this hotel and I didn’t rent a room to hang out with them.
