I went to check-in at 8 PM, but the front desk couldn't give me the deluxe extra large room I had booked. They said they'd have to give me a room on another floor, or I'd have to wait 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, they still only offered me a room that wasn't booked. I was worried something was up but they didn't dare say anything. The staff were just trying to help us, so we had to accept it. The sheets weren't clean, so I had to sleep in long pants and a long-sleeved shirt, completely covered up. They only had medium-sized long washcloths; no large bath towels. The walls were covered in bloody mosquito bites. 晚上8點去check-in，結果櫃台無法給原本預定頂極extra large 房，說要給另一樓層的房，或是要等30分鐘，結果等了30分後，還是只意給非預定的房，怕是有鬼不敢說，接待人員也是為我們好，只好接受。 床單不乾淨，只好每天都穿著長褲長袖全身包滿的睡覺。 只有中型長條的洗臉巾，無大浴巾。 牆壁很多帶血被打死的蚊子印。

The hotel was conveniently located near Exit no. 1 of Busan Station. The thing I mentioned will be very little things but I think it’s important to point them out. There is no plug outlet in the bathroom. You can’t blow dry your hair in there. No matter how many people stay in the room, you will only be given two bottles of water everyday. We stayed in a three people room and were only given one room key. Our family friends stayed in a 6 ppl room and they were also only given one room key. There are tables and chairs in the lobby area for you to sit and eat your food purchased at the CU Nextdoor. Two microwaves available for you to use. Water dispenser is not available.

Unfortunately I can't rate my stay here well, to start , the one positive is that Busan station is 2 minutes walk away. However our drama began on arrival as check in is at 4pm with us arriving to the property at 7:30pm due to arriving to Busan by ferry, only to be told our room was ready. We then had to wait a full hour (8:30pm) for this to then be ready which isn't ideal after a long day of travel. Upon entry the room stank strongly of cleaning product and we couldn't keep the window open to vent this smell due to bugs entering the room due to the late hour. Upon investigation we then found several dirty marks on both the sheet and duvet, both of which appeared to be urine (we spoke with another guest also having issues as they had found blood on their sheets). Most walls and ceilings also covered in marks and in some areas dirt as well, leading to the overall place feeling run down. The drama then continued when we awoke in the morning to find half the floor and windowsill area covered in water as with it raining, all the water was leaking through the window and into the room creating a large puddle, by chnace our stuff had been put on the other side of the room, otherwise all would have been drenched! To the receptionists credit he did provide towels for us to put around the window area to soak up this water. However with all this considered I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay and have a relaxing or stress free time!
