The mattress is very hard, you feel like sleeping on the floor. The sink is small as the size of a plate and you knock your head with the wall if you try to wash your face, the toilet door is not closing at all and keep openind wide by itself and cannot lock it, room door key is very cheap and you can buy it from any local tools store even the number of the key is written on it, there is no safe box in the room.

Çalışanlar samimi ve güzel insanlar , kahvaltı servisi harika , kent meydanında çok yakın alış veriş merkezi ve restoranlar cami ve metro istasyonları yürüme mesafesinde , ben çok memnun kaldım yine gelicem.

Oda gayet temiz, çalışanlar güzelyüzlü şimdiye kadar gittiğim tüm 3 yıldız otellerdeki en iyi kahvaltı. Özellikle börekler, yiyecekler hepsi taze ve lezzetli. Otelin konumu da çok iyi kent meydanı ile Hanlar bölgesinin tam ortasında. Ailecek şehir gezileri yapmayı severiz. Bursaya bir daha gelirsem tekrar konaklayacağım bir yer.
