We stayed in a king bedroom that had a conjoined room. It was awful. We could hear the people from next-door. It felt like they were in a room. We were unable to sleep.

It was a good experience. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking onsite was free. However, the elevator is so far from the checkin front desk. You have to walk all the way by the banquet hall section to get on the elevator to your room. The back side door was helpful in getting to the elevator I have physical limitations and the main back side door broke down or becsme inoperable for 3 days which made walking all the way to the front area in lobby to have breakfast and dinner at the Club Mar Lounge very, very challenging. The door was finally fixed on our last day of checkout but it was too late. Also, it would be nice if they had a business center and bathroom in the Club Mar Lounge.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent: we highly recommend the roast beef on weck. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

My experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. First, I was charged twice for my stay on two separate cards. When I questioned it, Setu told me this was "normal," which only added to my confusion and frustration. Later, I was informed that I had to check out on Saturday morning and then check back into a different room just to extend my stay by one additional day, requiring a separate charge. Thankfully, I happened to meet an associate in the elevator by the name of Monique who listened to my concerns and brought me directly to the manager. Both Monique and her manager was the only reason my family and I didn't leave the hotel early and take our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, Setu's unprofessional behavior didn't end there. As my family and I walked by, I overheard her laughing with a coworker from the restaurant in the lobby while discussing the situation. It was incredibly disrespectful and made an already frustrating experience even worse. To make matters worse, the restaurant provided equally poor service. I ordered a filet, but what was served appeared to be a skirt steak. Although they eventually corrected it, I was initially charged for the filet despite receiving the wrong cut of meat. The service and overall dining experience were unacceptable. One final concern: Setu kept her name tag covered throughout my stay and was the only employee I saw doing so. I had to ask multiple staff members for her name because I wanted to ensure the appropri
