Have stayed a few times, but likely won't return. The bathtub had a constant high-pitched sound whenever on. The room has a kettle, but no coffee/tea. The room was for 2 people, but only small single-use soaps/shampoos were provided. Only 1 glass in the room, and when I asked for another, I was told to get a plastic cup from the gym water fountain. A towel had gotten a little dirty, and I was forced to pay $12 for 'damages' for an item that is regularly thrown away and replaced anyway. Feels like they are really squeezing every dollar they can out of guests.

Gym was really nice. The room was a bit small, and I thought there was a laundry room, but it wasn't there, and there was only laundry service, which was a shame.

The laundry is cheap and really good, there is super market really close. There is a gym but is not well maintained.

We truly enjoyed our stay at BTH. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the breakfast team provided outstanding service. We will definitely come back!
