I was there for four days the property was kept clean each day I would see an employee cleaning or mopping a floor, the customer service was great,staff was friendly and helpful.I didn't have an ocean view but I had a very clean room and it was very quite I wouldn't have known other people were even on my floor. The parking was on either a second or third floor attached garage, I felt safe and the area was well maintained adquate lighting. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. I had a Kitchenette in my room and it had everything I needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location is great since it is right on the beach. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

From the moment me and my partner checked in with Aaliyah, to the moment we checked out with her, our stay was absolutely rejuvenating and wonderful. The concierge Travis was friendly, approachable, and respectful of our time and never pushed us to do the timeshare presentation (in fact his attitude is what won us over to sit through the thing) The hotel was clean, had plenty of amenities and activities, and the view of the ocean from our room took our breath away! 10/10 Five Star stay and we’ll definitely be booking a stay here again next time we’re in town!

The air conditioner had a hose run from it out the wall. A hole had recently been drilled to allow this. Unfortunately they didn't clean it up and I got metal shards in my foot. Furniture was a hazard as well. No air moving in the halls.
