Their Food (breakfast) is amazing. The elevator was not good. The shampoo and conditioner at room should be improved.

Hotel in general was good, breakfast was excellent. The weak points are customer service and check out desk. I request ( verbally and on writing on the feedback) a closing statement of my stay. It is more than a week and did not receive it
