Absolutely — for Hotels.com I’d make it warm and personal, but fairly concise. Here’s a polished version for Rose Bled: We had a wonderful stay at Rose Bled. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and everything we tried was delicious. We also really appreciated the thoughtful service when we had an early train to catch and would miss breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared a lunch box for us to take with us, which was such a lovely touch. Our room had a fantastic balcony with a beautiful view over Lake Bled, including Bled Castle and the church. A lovely hotel with genuinely friendly staff, great food and a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our time at Rose Bled and would happily stay here again. I think this strikes the right balance for Hotels.com — positive and genuine without sounding like an advert.

The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast buffet. Many options and the staff in the restaurant are helpful and kind unlike the reception staff who are incredibly stuck up and rude. My room - a standard double - was tiny with barely enough space to open my suitcase. There is a horrible synthetic fragrance they spray into the corridors which will seep into your room and cause issues for allergy sufferers. I booked this hotel specifically for the spa but it’s not fully operational and they wanted an extra €25 to use the sauna which is only open after 5pm. It’s very close to the lake and castle so I’d recommend it only if location is important to you.

Hotel was in a fab location, close to the lake and right opposite the bus station Perfect! As we travelled there by bus My daughter had her wedding ceremony there and the staff were amazing Our room was smaller than we anticipated but still adequate- very clean and the bed was comfortable Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we put to them Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to returning again at some point in the future
