The hotel is in a great location and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Be cautious about the type of room you book. The “garden” rooms are spacious and clean but require walking up and down several small stairways. The rooms surrounding the pool seem to be more easily accessed.

The good: The hotel is nice and even unique in some areas. The staff is exceptionally polite and accommodating. The disappointing: The junior suite bad is advertised as 'queen', however it is not even close to the actual queen which we had over and over for several years. It definitely felt like 'full', and affected our night slee. . As hotels.com the reservation included 1 spa service, but that was not offered nor mentioned to us at the hotel. An optional upgrade to platinum hotels.com members was never offered. After 2 days, when returning for short time and rushing to an event, both keys (which were held by separate people in different bags) stopped working. The front desk person suggested that they are sensitive, but it was obvious that a human mistake led to that. Of course, we were delayed and late to our event. Over all , could be a better experience
