Very small room. No lamp by bed. No hooks in bathroom. Never paid so much for so little

The room was overall nice and clean. The only issue we had was that during our first check-in we mentioned that we wanted to stay on the first floor (our original room was on the ground floor). The following day, no further communication happened so we assumed that we continue to stay in the same room. But when we got back to our room the next night at 11pm we realized that our room was changed without any information and we were locked out of our room as the key card did not work for either of the rooms. We called the contact number and we were informed that we recieved an email about it, when we actually didn't. In the end we were given the new room key and the problem was solved but it wasn't a nice experience. Additionally, our personal belongings were carried by the staff without our knowledge and permission. We thank the staff for their help with our request, but it wasn't executed the way we would like it to be. We still recommend the place as it was clean and staff was helpful.

The room i was given was very hot, no fan, no air-condition. Not habitable for humans in summer. The sockets are the round pin type and I couldn't charge my phones there

Beware: this is NO HOTEL, but appartment house. There is no reception available after 10p.m. If you are arriving later or are delayed, you will be standing in front of closed door and searching for another accomodation. Phone number not answering. Absurd. Useless. Not recommended. You will still receive invoice, very convenient for the owner.
