Nice hotel with modern rooms. Had a good stay. It’s a 30 min walk from Brighton but was not a problem for me. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We had a family room with sea view. The room was large, we had a double bed and 3 single bed and the room was still spacious. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the full English breakfast was perfectly cooked, the ingredients were all good quality. The restaurant staff and reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, the buses were about every 15 minutes into the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we go back to Brighton

Reception lady was very kind and helpful as was the bar staff, unfortunately the the staff on at breakfast were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Very pleased with our room, it was large, clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was disappointing, for a gluten free guest there were no sausages and hash browns. The hotel was advised of gluten free guest on booking. Had no problem parking although I can see the there would be if arriving late due to restriction of spaces.

The rooms were kept very clean. Staff were charming. The two areas that let this hotel down were the rather worn state of the lobby and the morning breakfast, which was awful.
