When I entered the room I found it clean but when I woke up in the morning I saw a big spider on its net on the ceiling which was showing they hadn’t cleaned the room properly.

The property was clean, bright, and very ambient. The staff were polite and courteous,, but lacked the true focus of customer care. We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service.
