Reception staff friendly and helpful Room was clean, however really hot during the Night so we had to keep window open. Little noise from outside. Drinks were expensive from bar but expected.

Like a tired TravelLodge. Plenty of parking once you’ve worked out how to get into the car park. Small but neat reception area. Polite staff. Nice little breakfast area. Tired looking room. Cleanish, dusty carpet behind doors, spills on skirting board, black marks on pillows and towels, shower head bogged up and could do with a scrub to allow water to flow. Long black hairs in bathroom. Only one towel in the room for 2 of us. Went to reception to ask for another but just kept on being told towels are in the drawer, only one towel in the drawer! At night time unfortunately same delightful pair tramping up and down the corridors shouting and swearing. Very disturbed sleep. The sudden stench of cigarettes so strong in our bathroom and then into our bedroom at about 10pm. So bad you had to hold your breath to use the loo. Had to leave the light and the extractor fan on over night to hopefully get rid of the stink. Towels and everything that had been left in the bathroom over night stank of cigarette smoke in the morning though thankfully the smell had dispersed. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to friends or family.

Just disappointed that I didn't get a room near the entrance as I cant walk to far after asking for this when I booked the room. other than that everything was fine
