Absolutely brilliant customer service. However the property was in need of renovation. No access to pool. Lift broken. Paint peeling off the wall and the room was in need of renovation.

Huge room, comfy furniture, great food and friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately the pool was still being renovated but apart from that a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room size was very good and everything worked. The lift was unusable so we were re-allocated a room on the ground floor. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal, a fabulous high tea and two excellent breakfasts. All members of staff were very helpful and friendly.

Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit

Beautiful room, helpful staff. Disappointed the spa was closed and also the lift with me being disabled.

Good location, great staff, great breakfast. Food was good. Bit lacking in atmosphere in bar and still awaiting pool opening but once completed will go long way to excellent!
