Clients made a bad review about the cleaning, the breakfast

The rooms looked fairly clean but upon closer inspection the sheets and pillowcases had stains. The floors were so dirty they made our feet black. The breakfast was horrible! The coffee was barely lukewarm and the sausage and potatoes were cold both mornings.

The breakfast was good! The room was clean but the towels were very very old. You could smell the chlorine from them.

The room and bedding were acceptably clean. Mattresses were comfortable. Hot breakfast had good variety of food options but coffee was on the cool side. Very disappointed that the advertised hot tub was almost as cold as the regular pool. No indication at the front desk that they were having an issue. Front desk staff had no idea how a hot tub works, suggesting that turning on the jets would heat it! Not likely!

It’s such a pleasure to be able to give high marks to the best Western! First I want to say the staff are remarkably friendly and competent. The facility is top-notch clean safe with a perfect location to visit interesting sites nearby. I can’t wait to stay here again!
