Spacious room for a family of 5 to share. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. The shower doesn't drain well. My only complaint about the hotel is that the cleaning staff uses Fabuloso which for me is is overwhelmingly scented. I'm glad they do such a good job cleaning but but I wish the used something less perfumed.

The hotel was immaculate, and smelled very clean. However, they don't make up the room for less than three nights, and also don't tell you that. So no clean towels. No more coffee and what I went to ask for that, the staff member was a little short with me. I don't think I got a discount for reduced services on day two. But overall the room was very nice and the hotel was very nice. I didn't eat the breakfast but there was coffee available in the lobby and so that was was nice but it wasn't decaf. Saved me a tip anyway.

Subjective reviews… lobby smelled of wet dog and dirty mops and the smell remained when we checked out the next morning. Very cleaned but little things were not well maintained (fixtures in bathrooms were all loose or put on upside down). still clean though. Elevator leaving the 3rd had a big sideways motion then a “thunk” like it was hung up on something before lowering to the lobby. We used the stairs the rest of the time. Walls are very thin. Could hear everything being said by our neighbors and their tv and they were just talking normally; not yelling, volume on tv was not excessive. We asked to swap rooms and the front desk mentioned that the adjoining rooms do have thin doors, but were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Overall, clean, safe, but a little unkempt.
