Staff was very polite and patient.Our room was clean and comfortable. I had some issues with checking in because it was 3rd party. Mandy went the extra mile for my mom and I who were from out of town and nervous about her upcoming surgery the next day. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with lots of options on food choices before heading out.

It was a decent stay. I hate hotel bed only because I'm use to a foam matress and not one with springs. The hotel.staff was great. Room was clean.

This is our second time to stay, we visit around once a year to visit family. The pet friendly amenities is what we like best, but the around the pond where the dog area is gets littered which could be cared for better. The rooms were clean with the exception of the hallways. The carpet in the hallways were very dirty. It may do them better to have vinyl plank floors in the future. The food was good, they offered Biscuits and sausage gravy and bacon one morning and omelette and sausage another and all the fixings, plus the regular grab and go items and waffles. The staff was very friendly and attentive with anything we needed. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The end of the hallway room by the stairs must be where the owners live. The smell of curry throughout the hallways was off putting. I like my room cold and the air conditioner worked well. Overall it is a good place to stay and a great price.

Excellent location, poorly maintained hotel. Poor management. Looks like someone with no skills has tried to make repairs. Giant brown stain on shower ceiling, chipped furniture, scraped walls, filthy elevator, etc. Lots of construction workers stay every night, turning the grassy area by parking lot into a BBQ and booze area. Smell of pot inside. Barking dog down our hall. No hot water at sink. Check in clerk was sitting on the counter on his phone, and when finally got down to take our info, laid across the desk to use the computer. 6% charge for using internet booking services. Much better options nearby.

Our room was a handicap room and it was good,but there were roaches in the room,the shower even though it was for handicapped people it was dangerous for a fall being that water would run out to the floor area. We would use our dirty towels and I'm sorry that we were not able to use our towels more than once due to having to use them to clean up water that would run out. There were other issues but l understand them but it's not appropriate for work areas. Thank you for your hospitality.
