We had a great stay at the best Western. It was very convenient to the children’s museum, the Science Museum, the convention center, many restaurants. The staff was wonderful; easy check in and offered to pack us some food to take the next morning since we had an early flight and would miss our breakfast. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The rooms were very clean, very spacious, well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great stay for the three of us.

Stayed here with a friend for a couple of nights, and wanted a place that was downtown that wasn’t too expensive as she was just visiting for 2 days. It was close to restaurants and I didn’t feel unsafe in the parking lot/area. It was next to a lot of construction and they were doing work on one side if the hall we were on, but it wasn’t loud. The breakfast was decent and quiet at night. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! The room was a little dirty, a stain on the floor and some water damage in the corner of the shower’s roof. I would return.

Watch out for incidental charges. My room was charged a parking fee, I did not bring any vehicle, when I went to the front desk, there was a Toyota tundra added to my room, and was charged. I called today and spoke to front desk to follow up with the manager was not available and learned came down that somebody came down and informed them that the room has a car.hey showed me that i signed someting ( paperwork)that was the first time that I have seen it.Qiestion is ues

I would like to express my disappointment with our recent stay. We were placed in handicap-accessible room, although we did not request or need one. Unfortunately, the bathroom/shower setup was extremely problematic. Because o the design of the handicap-accessible shower, water spread all over the bathroom floor and essentially flooded the area. This created a very dangerous slippery hazard, especially when trying to use the restroom. I am honestly concerned about how anyone could safely use the bathroom without risking an accident. We also experienced issues with the television. While watching TV, it would suddenly turn off and display "NO Signal." We paid for a room with a functioning television so this was another frustrating inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, we were surprised and disappointed to be charged for parking. I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a parking charge like this, so this was an unexpected additional expense. Overall, these issues significantly affected our experience, and we felt very disappointed. I hope you will take these concerns seriously an address them so future guests do not have the experience the same problems.

I love this Hotel, except for the fact that We pay to stay here and then get charged another fee to park our car at the hotel. Not cool and never has been, imagine if you went to Wal Mart and spent 450 dollars an they said oh wait thanks for shopping her but we need a parking fee too. Not Cool BestWestern
